in case any user receives defective product we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.

Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an Replacement will be dispatched. Products should returned in their original packaging (where possible).

For prepaid orders we offer refund on your paid amount and for COD orders we deduct 10% as handling expenses. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank.
